Wakaba Appraisal K.K. and Tokai Estate Consultants K.K. integrated, and Wakaba Tokai Estate Consultants Ltd. was established. Japan Valuers Co., Ltd.
Oct. 2010:
HIRO&REAS network, Inc. merged with Wakaba Tokai Estate Consultants Ltd. and changed trade name to
Japan Valuers Co., Ltd.
Oct. 2012:
In accordance with partial diverstiture in the company, the Nagoya head office was relocated to Higashi-ku, Nagoya city.
Jul. 2013:
The Tokyo head office was relocated to Fujimi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
